Our approach
Advisory, not volume
Oniria started because buying in Dubai is usually sold rather than explained.
We read the documents — title deeds, floor plans, developer terms, recorded sales — and tell you what they say. Where something isn't confirmed yet, we say that instead of filling the gap with an estimate.
The first conversation takes longer. The decision afterwards takes less.

Every figure we publish carries its source and date. If we haven't verified it, we leave it out.
