One form on this website collects personal information: the enquiry form. This page explains exactly what it takes and what happens to it.
This describes what the website does today. The retention period and the identity of the data controller are still to be confirmed by Oniria before launch.
What the form collects
Your email address, which is required so we can reply, and the optional note you write in the message field. Nothing else is asked for — no phone number, no budget, no address. The page you sent the enquiry from is recorded so we know what you were reading.
What we do with it
Two things. The enquiry is stored in our database so we do not lose it, and a copy is emailed to info@oniriaproperties.com so an adviser can reply to you personally. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.
Who else sees it
The hosting and email providers that run this website process the enquiry on our behalf in order to store and deliver it. We do not pass your details to developers, agents or any other third party without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is useful and for as long as any legal or regulatory obligation requires. A specific retention period will be published here once Oniria has confirmed it.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics or marketing cookies are introduced later, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated first.
Asking us to delete it
Email info@oniriaproperties.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Tell us the email address you used so we can find the record.
