Company registration
Registration and licensing documentation is available on request.
Brokerage registration
Office registration number (ORN) and RERA registration details will be shown, together with the registered office address.
Advisor licensing
Each advisor's broker registration number (BRN) will appear on their profile and on listings they hold.
Listing permits
Permit numbers and QR codes are displayed on each listing once issued. Listings without a valid permit are not published.
Complaints
Our complaints process, response times and escalation route to the relevant authority will be set out here.
Anti-money laundering
Identification and source-of-funds checks are carried out in line with UAE requirements before a transaction proceeds.
